Marquette is derived from Pinot Noir, a common Champagne grape, so Roxann wanted to determine its quality for sparkling wine. The first test was whole cluster pressed with minimal intervention and minimal filtration. What we found was a beautiful rose' still wine. You will find strawberries, cranberries and a crisp, dry finish. We're so happy with this "big fruit" rose' the sparkling will just have to wait.
