Willow Mountain Winery is nestled in western Montana’s foothills of the Sapphire mountains. Sapphire Sparkling is made entirely from grapes grown in our Corvallis, Montana vineyard. Prairie Star (51%), St. Pepin (27%), and Frontenac Blanc (22%) contribute flavors and aromas of pineapple, pear, lemon, and mandarin orange, with a gentle touch of yeast, resulting in a soft, creamy delight for your senses.
